  Overall, my experience staying at the Majorca was excellent. It was within walking distance of many of the shopping and eating attractions along the Pacific Coast Highway. Parking was provided in a small, secure garage. The parking was tight, but doable. The view from our Condo was good. OUr room was very comfortable. Overall, everything was just fine. The room had a couple of small problems which did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The TV didn't work in the living room (but did in the bedroom) and one of the bathroom windows wouldn't close properly and stayed ajar leaving an unwanted draft at night. In spite of that, we enjoyed the location and quality of the setting.

  This is a beautiful property in an incredible location. We loved listening to the ocean at night and having the ability to walk into town. The unit is well appointed and tastefully decorated. We visited in August 2020 during the COVID pandemic and believe we has realistic expectations for our stay. I don’t give this property the full 5 stars because of the lack of contact and services. We feel the management company could have called to check if anything was needed in the unit. There wasn’t any contact to offer fresh towels or other items during our 10 day stay. It’s minor, but something that separates a good property from a great one.

  Easy access to the beach! Clean, kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds and linens. Shower water pressure was great. Beautiful condo- few minor things to know for management: carpet a little bit worn, not an unexpected thing for a beachfront property with carpet instead of hard flooring. We stayed in the Majorica 2bed/2bath condo. AC worked well on main floor, but not great on the 2nd floor master bed/bath- we checked and all vents were open. Didn’t detract from our stay at all and would definitely return.

  This is our second time staying at this property and I would return again. The location is unbeatable and the overall quality of the rental villa is strong, including for someone who likes to cook. Our views were especially magnificent and the master bath of this unit was a real treat. My only critique is that for this price, I expect near perfection. Several things were broken in our unit and around the property, including the outside fire pit (which never got fixed across the 5 nights we were there). Maintenance people came in twice to fix a window shade. The water filter in the fridge was long-expired. And there were stains on the carpet. Also, recycling seemed nonexistent and the trash in the garage was overflowing the whole time we were there. Last, the garage is tight and for some reason the spots are assigned per unit. When one guest parks in the wrong unit spot, it creates an issue for everyone else. We were required to move our car multiple times as a result of this and it made me just wonder why not have unassigned parking with one car per unit and monitor that closely, for efficiency? That said, the manager(s) are very nice and again, the place is beautiful so we would return. But for paying Ritz-like prices for the night, I would expect more attention to details like those noted above.

  We took 3 apartments as we were having a family reunion - Seychelles, Majorca and Lanai. We all gathered quite a lot in Seychelles as it has a fabulous glass balcony directly over the beach. The apartments were all comfortable and well equipped - showing a bit of wear and tear and perhaps in need of minor updating but nothing that spoilt our visit. The location is fantastic - a few steps from the main road through Laguna Brach and a large Ralph’s supermarket just across the road. The free trolley bus (that runs through the summer) took us back and forth as well. It was great to walk along the beach into town or go the other direction and watch the surfers. So relaxing, being able to barbecue on the balcony and the sunsets were just amazing! The common area around the fire pit was fun in the evenings and it was useful to have a laundry room on site too, as well as a parking space in the secure garage for each apartment. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

  Check in process was not as described where someone takes you to the villa, helps with bags, settles you in. In fact we couldnt get more than 1 room key and they couldnt find garage door opener which meant you had to run into the garage and open. The villa was stunning. Just like pictures it was very clean, very modern with all luxury amenities, and views and location out of this world. The common area was great and people staying there all very friendly. We had an issue one day where the card didnt work.... it took 30 minutes and a 2nd call to get help. The front gate which should lock from the alley so not anyone could come in never worked and the gate at the beach had a code that didnt work and so I had to jimmy the lock or people did all sorts of things to not get the gate to close, also a security risk. Location to town was amazing. If they could just tweak a few things it would be amazing.

  This property is beautiful in every sense of the word. Wonderful beach access, walking distance the the surf areas and downtown and absolutely incredible vistas. The location provided great access to all the shops and restaurants in Laguna Beach. The unit was wonderful, comfortable and well outfitted. Excellent bed and bathroom. Majorca might be a tight fit for 4 adults, but 2 and 2 children could work. It would be a great idea to get a more visible sign or street number on the street
  entrance as it is very hard to identify especially at night and never having been here prior.

I cannot stress this enough. We walked everywhere and rarely used our rental car. Surf shop, grocery store and local cafe steps from our door.   The property was very clean and well maintained, everyone was helpful and easy going. The beach was deserted so we enjoyed our family time. The beach in front of the hotel has rocks and is not easy to navigate at high tide but the views were great and it was a small hindrance as there are stairs all over the place to get around those obstacles. We plan on visiting again depending on our next availability and available rates !

  We stayed in the Majorca unit with our 2 Kids for a week.Perfect size for 4.Great ocean view from the upper balcony.Very quiet but you still can here the ocean in the distance which was very pleasent.
  Top management service, parking is in a secured garage on the property and does fit standard SUV`s as well.Beach access is just a couple of stairs down. Beach toys, towels,chairs etc are supplied.
  Ralph ́s Supermarket is just a couple of min`s walk away.
  Well worth the expenditures.

  We were blown away with the gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean. Access to the ocean was easy. The villa was wonderful. We especially love the master suite and bath. So lovely to see the views from both rooms and hear the ocean. The balcony from the master suite was such a treat too.

  Wow factor... Exceptional experience from initial making and booking of the reservations all the way to check out. Very friendly over-the-top ocean view. Best place in Laguna. Close to everything. Gourmet kitchen and high-end linens, towels comfortable bed. The only way you could get closer to the ocean is get a raft and lay in it.

  If you want to be within walking distance of almost everything Laguna Beach has to offer, this is the place for you. Great views and a great deck area if you like to bbq or just watch the dolphins swim by. Staff are very helpful and friendly, recommend highly!

  Had a great time in Majorca. My husband and I were able to run/walk for miles along the beaches/coves. Even did a little rock climbing to reach the next cove. Ralph's is just up the street, so we did not have to bring food/supplies with us. Saw lots of dolphin, paddle borders, and surfers. And, last but not least... the non-stop sound of the waves was icing on the cake.
